Need audio driver for VIA VT1708S onboard audio. In Drivers and Hardware My ASUS M4N68T-M V2 has a VIA VT1708S onboard audio. The driver I have that worked in Windows 8.1 v101200a won't work in 10. Download new and previously released drivers including support software, bios, utilities, firmware and patches for Intel products. Drivers & Software. Products Home Drivers & Software. Automatically update your drivers. Identify your products and get driver and software updates for your Intel hardware. Reinstalling and re-enabling 'High Definition Audio Controller'. Going to the Dell website, downloading the audio drivers for my service tag and installing them. One unzips into the drivers folder and nothing happens.

Hello. I partitioned my hard drive so that I could run vista on my macbook pro (purchased in late 2006). The issue I'm having is getting the audio to work when I run vista. Apparently it's not detecting any audio hardware installed. I'm having a rough time trying to find a solution to this problem. From what I've researched thus far, it seems as though I need to get the appropriate drivers to solve the problem. System profiler says the audio is 'Intel High Definition Audio' so I'm assuming I need those drivers but I can't find them anywhere. People have mentioned copying the diskimage.dmg file but that doesn't exist on my laptop (I've searched for it). I also don't have a Leopard CD.
So what I guess I'm asking is does anyone know where I can get the appropriate fix for my vista audio problem? Do I need to find the right drivers? If so, where can I download them? Someone please help me out I'm going nuts trying to find the solution. I even tried parallels but it crashes too much. Thanks in advance!
