-Power off the camera,

-Remove the Ethernet cable,

-Power the camera back on,

-Wait for 5 minutes for the camera to boot up fully.

Once booted try connecting to your camera using the app on your smartphone and it should show as 'connected' and you are able to view it. If so congratulations, your camera is now operating wirelessly and can be placed anywhere within range of your WiFi network.
